What is Easypay?
Easypay is our timesaving, money saving payment facility for residential customers that lets you spread your energy payments evenly over the year by allowing us to Direct Debit your bank account.

Direct Debit
If Easypay doesn't suit but you prefer the convenience of hassle-free payments, our Direct Debit option could be right for you.

In this case we will read your meter and send you an account detailing your actual usage. The account tells you when and how much we will debit from your bank account. If you need to query the account, a call to us will suspend the Direct Debit until your questions have been answered.

Direct Debit saves the hassle of paying your account by mail or in person.

How do I start a Direct Debit?
To choose the Direct Debit option, just complete and sign one of our Direct Debit forms and return it to us. We will give the signed form to your bank and they will set up the Direct Debit.

How do I stop a Direct Debit?
You can ask to leave the Direct Debit scheme at any time but, if you have outstanding debt, we will need to come to an arrangement with you to clear it.
